MJI are delighted that the First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon will deliver a keynote address at a “Private Sector Board Diversity” event in early 2017. Real change can only be achieved only over the medium term but we all know that “more diverse boards make more informed decisions.”
MJI very much supports the comments of Baroness Ford in the Herald.
We can all do so much more to encourage real diversity across business, public and third sector.
We acknowledge too that achieving Diversity in our own company remains a real challenge, and are actively seeking to make progress whilst encouraging our clients to do likewise within their Boardrooms.
